Clinton Brown is Vice President of the western division of AXA Advisors, with offices in Redlands. Clint's firm focuses on working with businesses in exploring benefit strategies for owners and employees, with particular emphasis in estate planning for the business owner. Rob Carlson is Dean of the College of Natural Sciences at Cal State, serving in that capacity since 2001. He is the lead administrator for the CSUSB Water Resources Institute, which is a leader in facilitating water issues in the Santa Ana River Basin. Prior to coming to CSUSB he was affiliated with San Diego State University for more than 23 years as a professor and chair of the Department of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences. During his tenure at SDSU he served on the San Diego State University Foundation Board and its investment committee. He holds Securities Licenses Series 7 and 63. His academic experience also includes administrative and faculty positions at the University of Texas-Permian Basin and the University of Kansas. Rob earned his undergraduate degree in English at Trinity University and his master's and doctorate in physical education at the University of Austin-Texas.
Rob has attracted funding to the University for its BSN nursing programs in the Coachella Valley, among other projects. His professional associations include the Western Kinesiology and Wellness Society and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.

Jim Estes has been in the financial services industry for more than 35 years. With experience as CEO of an insurance company and as Vice President of a brokerage firm, he became President and CEO of Arrowhead Financial Group in 1997. During his seven-year tenure there he also taught at Cal State San Bernardino and was later appointed to a tenure-track position at the University, where he currently teaches in the Accounting and Finance Department of the College of Business and Public Administration. He served as Vice President for Fidelity Investment before being named Vice President/Senior Portfolio Manager for Wells Fargo Bank Private Client Services in Palm Desert. He is a graduate of CSU Fullerton and California Coast University.

Dennis Sandoval is the only attorney in California that has certifications in the three areas of estate planning, elder law and taxation. Paralyzed in 1992 as the result of a car accident, Dennis says the experiences he gained as a result of his injuries are invaluable in his work with the disabled and senior communities, particularly in understanding how the system works for those requiring care.
Dennis is one of only six California members of the Special Needs Alliance, a nationwide membership organization of attorneys interested in advancing the care of special needs persons through proper planning. Moreover, his law firm is the only one in the Inland Empire with a social worker on its staff. His social worker is part of a holistic team of professionals who assist frail elders and disabled persons get the highest quality of care. The law firm also is a charter member of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association and the Academy of Special Needs Planners.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Sandoval owned a tax planning / preparation and financial planning firm in Orange, California. During the time he practiced in this area he received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and Enrolled Agent (EA) designations. Although Dennis longer practices as a financial planner, the knowledge and experience he gained during this time is invaluable in assisting him with the planning of his clients' estates, as well as working with a client's other financial advisors.
In addition to overseeing his estate planning, elder law and tax law practice in Riverside, California, Dennis serves as the Director of Education for the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA), a nationwide membership organization of attorneys specializing in estate planning. He was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is beginning the second year of his term as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), the non-profit organization that administers the CELA designation. Mr. Sandoval is an adjunct professor at Chapman University College of Law, where he teaches various classes for their Master of Tax Law (LL.M.) program. He previously taught various classes at Western State University College of Law, the Wills and Trust class at California Southern Law School and various attorney legal education courses for the University of California at Riverside Extension. Mr. Sandoval frequently conducts educational seminars for the general public and conducts continuing education seminars for financial and health care professionals.
